Eligibility for Exchange
You may request an exchange if:- The request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
- The item is not purchased on sale, discount or final clearance
Exchange Options
You can exchange your item for:- A different size of the same product
- A different product of equal or higher value
(any price difference will be applicable) - If the product is of lower value, the difference amount will be added to the store credit.

- Share your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange
Exchange Shipping
Pickup and re-delivery charges may apply depending on your location
Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not offer exchanges on:- Sale or clearance items
- Items showing signs of wear, perfume, damage, or missing tags
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:- Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos of the issue
