At Just Sister Things, we aim to ensure you love every piece you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we offer exchanges only to help you find the perfect fit or style.

Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange if:
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
  • The item is not purchased on sale, discount or final clearance

Exchange Options

You can exchange your item for:
  • A different size of the same product
  • A different product of equal or higher value
    (any price difference will be applicable)
  • If the product is of lower value, the difference amount will be added to the store credit.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange:
  • Visit our Exchange page or contact our support team
  • Share your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your doorstep.

Exchange Shipping

Pickup and re-delivery charges may apply depending on your location


Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not offer exchanges on:
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items showing signs of wear, perfume, damage, or missing tags

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos of the issue
We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost

Final Approval

All exchanges are subject to a quality check once the returned item reaches our warehouse.
